Professional Paint Repair in Medford, New Jersey
Every once in a while we are asked to repair a job that a previous painter completed poorly. Because of our care and attention to detail, it can be startling to see what homeowners are sometimes left with by less scrupulous companies. Sadly, in this particular case in Medford, NJ, the folks who called us were taken advantage of and left with a real mess on their hands.
What Went Wrong?
The following are the main issues we discovered when we arrived at the property (and we included pictures below):
- No prep work was completed
- Flat paint was used on the trim
- Striped wallpaper was covered with only an eggshell finish, and without primer!
- A low-grade commercial paint was used, despite the fact that this was in a lovely residential home
Thankfully, we were able to correct all of this and leave this particular couple with a finished product they could be proud of. We were happy to do it!
