The owner, Craig Brennan (who is himself a member of Angie’s List), was extremely professional when he came to give the estimate — no hard sell at all, answered all questions, and e-mailed the estimate within the time frame he had given. His price was slightly higher than the two other estimates I got, but I felt he was the most professional and trustworthy of the three. Plus, we were provided the services of an interior designer at no charge to help us choose colors. Lynne Nelson, the designer, was extremely helpful, particularly in choosing a color for a kitchen to match very old, dark cabinets. The job took about six days. All of the painters were pleasant, and professional, particularly the foreman, Manny, who kept us contantly abreast of what was completed, what time they would arrive and leave, and what areas they would be doing next. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and paid particular attention to this when they had to stop over the weekend. The owner, Craig, also stopped by twice during the job to check on everything. Two glitches came up during the job, one of which was their responsibility and one not, but both of which they took care of. When I noticed that they had painted part of one wall the wrong color, they apologized immediately for the miscommunication and corrected the mistake right away, staying later than usual to fix it. Also, when my automatic garage door happened to break while they were here (just a fluke and not their responsibility), their handyman came the next day and repaired it for us at no charge — saved us a call and money for garage door repair! Only thing that could have been handled more smoothly was the communication about scheduling the job. Craig had e-mailed us a tentative date, but I then did not hear from him again and had to contact him as the date got close to confirm it. Overall, however, the house looks great, the owner and painters were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend this company
